How fast will I get a reply?

Every message gets a response within one business day. Safety and harassment reports are prioritised and usually handled within a few hours.

My post was rejected — what now?

Reply to the rejection email or send a message here. Most rejections are easy fixes — a missing detail, an unclear photo — and we will tell you exactly what to change.

How do I report a member or post?

Every post has a report link in the footer of its card. You can also email us a link — both routes reach the moderation team.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Sign in, open account settings, and choose delete account. Your profile and posts are removed within 30 days. Email us if you cannot sign in.
