Community guidelines · Updated Nov 2, 2026

AI Launch Zone only works if people can trust what they read here. These guidelines apply everywhere on the site: tool listings, reviews, upvotes, forum posts, the feed, deals, profiles and messages.

Be helpful and civil

  • Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, harassment, threats or hate speech.
  • Be patient with beginners. Many people here are using AI for the first time.
  • Explain your reasoning when you answer a question or criticize something.

Be honest

  • If you made a product, or work for or are paid by its maker, say so whenever you post or comment about it.
  • Describe tools and results accurately. Do not exaggerate what a tool can do or what you earned with it.
  • Label speculation and rumors as what they are.
  • Correct your posts when you find a mistake.

Keep reviews and votes clean

  • One review and one upvote per member per tool.
  • Do not review your own product or one you are connected to.
  • No fake reviews, paid-for reviews, extra accounts or vote trading.
  • Makers may not ask for upvotes or offer anything in exchange for them.

Promote your work in the right place

  • Share your own product in Show Your AI, one post per product.
  • No referral links, invite codes or your own affiliate links.
  • No repeated posts, link dumps or posts that exist only to drive traffic.
  • No get-rich-quick schemes, income claims you cannot back up, or recruiting for programs that pay you for sign-ups.

Use AI responsibly

  • No deepfakes or sexual content of real people, and no AI content meant to deceive.
  • Do not share ways to get around a tool's safety rules or terms of service.
  • Only post images, video, audio and code you have the right to share.
  • Label AI-generated content when it could be mistaken for real.

Protect privacy

  • Never post anyone's personal information, private messages or confidential work.
  • Remove names, client details, API keys and passwords from prompts, code and screenshots before you share them.

How moderation works

Reports go to the AI Launch Zone team. We may leave content up, edit it, hide it or remove it. Depending on what happened, we may warn a member, limit an account or ban it. Spam and serious abuse can be removed without warning.

Moderation decisions are never for sale, and paid plans do not change them. If you think we got something wrong, contact us and explain.
