Posting in the forums and the feed — Help

Use the forums for discussions and questions, the feed for short updates, and Show Your AI for your own product. Here is how to post well.

AI Launch Zone has two places for conversation. The forums are for discussions and questions that benefit from a thread. The feed is for shorter updates. Here is how to use each one well.

The forums

Each board has a focus. Pick the one that fits your post best, for example:

AI Tools for comparing and choosing tools.
Prompts & Workflows for prompts, templates and processes.
AI News for news, linked to the original source.
Show Your AI for sharing a product you made.
Help & Questions for anything you are stuck on.
Product Feedback for ideas and bugs about AI Launch Zone itself.

There are also boards for assistants, image and video AI, coding, automation, agents, business, marketing and making money with AI. Each board opens with a welcome post that explains its own rules.

Writing a good thread

Put your real question or point in the title.
Give context: what you are trying to do, what you tried and what happened.
Search first. If a thread already covers your topic, reply there.
Remove personal information, client details, passwords and API keys.
Link to original sources when you state facts.

Best answers

In a question thread, the person who asked can mark the most useful reply as the best answer, so the next person with the same question finds it quickly. If your question gets solved, please mark one.

The feed

The feed is for short posts: a quick tip, a result you are proud of, a pointer to a good discussion, or a question you want a fast take on. Keep longer how-to posts and detailed questions in the forums, where they are easier to find later.

Sharing your own work

Disclose that you made it, every time.
One forum post per product in Show Your AI. Update that thread instead of starting new ones.
Do not ask for upvotes, and never offer anything in exchange for a review.
List the product in the directory with Submit an AI.

Deals

If you find a discount or promotion on an AI tool, course or hardware, share it in deals with the terms and the end date. If you work for the company offering it, say so.
